يمكنك فتح الشحنة وفحص المنتج قبل مغادرة المندوب.

• مهم: غير مسموح بإرجاع جزء من الأوردر. يجب إما استلام الأوردر بالكامل أو إرجاعه بالكامل.

• إذا كان إجمالي الأوردر أكثر من 5000 جنيه مصري، يجب تحويل المبلغ الزائد بالإضافة إلى مصاريف الشحن مسبقًا، لأن المندوب يمكنه تحصيل حد أقصى 5000 جنيه كاش فقط

•You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves.

•Important: Partial returns are not allowed. You must either accept the entire order or return it in full. 

•If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount + Delivery fees must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to EGP 5000 in Cash.
