Delivery & Returns Policy

* Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
* You may inspect your order before accepting it, but partial returns are not allowed (the full order must be accepted or returned).
* For orders above EGP 5,000, the remaining amount and delivery fees must be paid in advance.
* Exchanges are available either through a Standard Exchange after the original item is returned and approved, or a Quick Exchange by placing a new order first.
* Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
* Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and approved refunds are processed within 3 working days after inspection.

*During the sale period: please make sure to inspect your order before the courier leaves, as exchanges and returns are not available during the sale period.
